Responsibilities include leading the floor to achieve KPIs, building client relationships, maintaining an organized space, and staying guest-ready while embodying the Marc Jacobs DNA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, sales, or related role with customer focus.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and products.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales and KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer‑first experience and build loyalty.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming for clients.
• Be a go‑to source for styling, trends, and product knowledge.
• Develop client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe and brand pillars.
• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management; maintain open communication.
• Open/close the store per Marc Jacobs procedures.
