Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Sales Supervisor for its Cabazon Outlet in Cabazon, California. You will support Management with day-to-day operations, drive sales, and coach the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead on the sales floor, uphold store standards, and ensure stockroom organization. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong communication and teamwork to achieve KPIs and brand excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, sales, or customer-service roles with focus on the customer
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Experience generating sales and building client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates passion for brand and client experience
• Flexible to work retail schedule including eves, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed store sales and KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver a superior customer experience
• Ensure store is guest ready and welcoming
• Build sales by showcasing styling expertise and product knowledge
• Foster client relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe and brand pillars
• Open and close the store per procedures
