Job summary

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Citadel location in Commerce, California. You will support management with daily operations, drive sales, and coach the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include enforcing company policies, maintaining standards, and coordinating clienteling and events. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; competitive hourly compensation applies with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in retail or sales with a focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in generating sales and building client relationships.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to change while honoring brand DNA.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.
• Computer skills including operating a POS and navigating Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPIs on the sales floor.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a client-first mindset.
• Coach and develop the team and maintain store standards.
• Open and close the store according to Marc Jacobs procedures.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
