Qualifications

• Client Advisor track record of results and teamwork.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to influence and motivate team.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability with holidays, nights and weekends.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin) are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse sales team to deliver an excellent client experience.
• Provide input on client relationship strategies and in-the-moment coaching on the sales floor.
• Ensure clear communication cascades throughout the team and drive revenue.
