Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a diverse team on the sales floor and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will drive sales, mentor associates, and ensure the store runs efficiently while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

You will provide input on client relationship strategies, coach in the moment, and help shape store initiatives to build strong client relationships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor with results and teamwork.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and motivate partners.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Open availability and ability to work holidays, nights and weekends.
• Language skills (Italian/Spanish/French/Mandarin or others) are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on client relationship strategies and drive on-the-floor excellence.
• Ensure associates receive in-the-moment coaching and guidance.
• Shape and execute store strategies to build trust with clients and staff.
• Be accountable for clear, timely communications across the team.
• Drive sales personally and through the team while upholding brand standards.
