Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire a diverse team on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional client experiences and efficient store operations.

You will coach in the moment, implement store strategies to build trust with clients and staff, and drive revenue through personal and team sales. Availability includes holidays, nights, and weekends; language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor in results and strong team player.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor to drive excellence in client experiences and coach associates in the moment.
• Shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates to drive revenue.
• Be a role model, collaborate, and drive communications across the team.
