Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a diverse leadership and sales team on the floor, inspiring and motivating daily while delivering excellent client experiences and maintaining store operations.

You will shape client relationship strategies, provide in-the-moment coaching, and drive revenue through the team, upholding integrity and collaboration as part of the management group.

Qualifications

• College or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence and motivate.
• Experience as a Client Advisor with strong teamwork.
• Familiarity with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability, flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or others) are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and drive exceptional client experiences.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates and shape client relationship strategies.
• Collaborate to drive revenue and ensure clear communications across the team.
