Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead a diverse team on the sales floor, delivering an excellent client experience and inspiring strong talent development. You will shape client relationship strategies, coach associates in the moment, and ensure the store operates efficiently with integrity and strategic leadership.

You will partner to drive revenue, communicate effectively, and model accountability while maintaining a luxury standard of service for every client interaction.

Qualifications

• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and drive excellence in client experiences while coaching associates in the moment.
• Shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and the team to drive revenue.
• Drive sales personally and through the team, and ensure clear, consistent communication across the organization.
