Giorgio Armani is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a diverse team and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will drive sales on the floor, coach associates in the moment, and ensure the store operates efficiently and professionally.

You will collaborate with the management team to develop client relationship strategies, motivate the team, and uphold the brand's luxury standards while maintaining integrity and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in leading a team and driving results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence partners.
• Experience with retail systems and MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse sales team on the floor to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive revenue.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates and align the team on store strategies.
• Ensure effective communication throughout the team and maintain operational excellence.
