Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a diverse team on the sales floor, drive exceptional client experiences, and build strong talent within the store. You will align the team around sales strategies while maintaining brand standards and operational efficiency.

You will also shape client relationship strategies, coach associates in real time, and ensure clear communications cascade throughout the team to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Client Advisor with strong results and teamwork
• College or post-secondary degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication to influence partners and motivate team
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Open availability for holidays, nights, and weekends
• Additional language skills are a strong asset (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin)
