Job summary

Brobston Group LLC at Woodbury Commons seeks a Sales Supervisor to support the Shop Manager, driving sales across ready-to-wear, shoes and accessories while supervising the sales floor. Qualifications

Flexible, reliable team member with knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

Drive and maintain sales to meet monthly and seasonal targets.
Actively sell on the shop floor and promote private shopping and wardrobe consultations.
Provide high levels of customer service and maintain CRM records.
Support merchandising, stock management, receiving deliveries, ticketing and inventory counts.
Assist with tailoring and alterations and maintain the alterations log.
Open, secure and close the store and process POS transactions accurately.
