Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Beverly Hills is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a luxury retail team, drive individual sales, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional client service.

The role acts as senior on the floor when Store Management is absent, overseeing daily operations, staff performance, client engagement, and visual merchandising. You will build a loyal clientele, schedule appointments, and mentor teammates to achieve store KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or similar.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills with the ability to motivate and coach others.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office) and experience with retail systems such as Teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a clientele; networking and appointment scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and brand representation.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and support the team to meet store KPIs (UPT, ADT, etc.).
• Build and develop a client base, schedule appointments, and conduct suggestive selling and styling.
• Supervise staff in the absence of Store Management, conduct meetings, resolve customer issues, and ensure floor coverage.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, inventory tasks, replenishment, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
