Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor in our New York flagship to lead a team of Sales Associates, uphold service standards, and ensure store policies are followed. You will model high standards, deliver client-centric experiences, and support management with daily operations.

You will meet store and metric goals, grow a loyal clientele, demonstrate product knowledge, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising on floor sets. The role includes commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Luxury retail knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and clienteling; ensure staff on duty mirror standards.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage a loyal clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and train staff on delivery.
• Encourage team selling and collaboration with management.
• Open and close the store according to guidelines.
