Job summary

Versace Madison Ave in New York is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience and drive sales. You will build lasting client relationships, manage data capture, and support after-sales service and client events.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in luxury retail, strong POS/Excel skills, and a high-energy, sales-driven mindset. This role is based onsite in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail environment (luxury preferred).
• Strong understanding of specialty retail and clientele management.
• Computer skills including operation of retail POS system, Word, Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets.
• Foster genuine client relationships to hit core KPIs (sales, UPT, ATV).
• Maintain client relationships through after-sales service (thank you notes, follow up).
• Open and close consignments; process returns and exchanges.
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management; support events and initiatives.
• Handle repairs and advise on best fit of pieces.
