Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational and reliable work habits.
• Proficient in POS, Word, Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets daily, monthly, yearly.
• Capture client data and maintain relationships with clients.
• Open/close registers and perform inventory tasks.
• Process returns and exchanges.
• Support coaching and training of the sales team.
• Cultivate client relationships and drive events and initiatives.
