Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experience and personalized service. As a Sales Associate, you will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations across omnichannel channels.

You will build lasting client relationships, leverage social selling, and adapt to fast-paced retail environments while collaborating with your team to drive brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets.
• Luxury retail background with social media savviness; clienteling and data collection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and sales plans.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
