Job summary

Splendid in New Jersey seeks a Sales Supervisor (Part-Time) to lead customer engagement, drive sales, and coach the store team. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional service and achieve daily goals.

The role requires 2+ years in luxury retail, at least 1 year supervising, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Weekend and night shifts are required; you will help manage payroll and store operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience
• Proven ability to lead a team and meet sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to multitask and manage priorities
• Comfort with cash handling and POS procedures
• Self starter with initiative and adaptability
• Weekend and night shifts required
