Responsibilities

• Help meet store sales targets while mentoring teammates.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through styling and wardrobe guidance.
• Set an example for customer engagement and brand representation.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales via outreach.
• Assist with training, coaching and motivating associates to maximize productivity.
• Support Store Manager in leading the team and communicating company policies.
