Cartier North America is seeking a Sales Director for the Costa Mesa boutique to lead sales initiatives, drive business development for High Jewelry, and manage a team dedicated to delivering a premier luxury client experience.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in luxury retail management, strong leadership, and a strategic focus on sales growth and client relationships. Strong collaboration with corporate partners is essential for success.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• Spanish/Mandarin/Portuguese/Russian language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and/or exceed Sales Plans and lead business development initiatives in High Jewelry.
• Motivate and manage a team of managers and sales associates; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising, marketing, and other departments to leverage opportunities and communicate strategies to Executives.
• Develop and implement clienteling strategies to improve new client acquisition and client retention.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, scheduling, payroll, and cost control to optimize boutique performance.
• Promote networking events and maintain Cartier brand standards on the sales floor.
