Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. The Sales Associate is the front-line ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and increase loyalty. Strong English skills and fashion awareness are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS and Mobile POS systems.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Support daily store operations and inventory tasks.
