Qualifications

1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
Strong English proficiency.
Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain store standards, inventory, visual merchandising and operations.
