Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Beachwood, OH to deliver an elevated shopping experience and drive personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omnichannel selling, build lasting client relationships, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include representing Coach, cross-selling, using POS and clienteling tools, and contributing to team goals. Candidates should have 1+ years in luxury retail and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation, basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream/video demos (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize devices and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the floor and assist teammates.
