Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy and live-stream/video demos.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and mobile tools to capture data and support transactions.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization and processes.
• Support inventory and merchandising tasks as needed.
