You will build lasting client relationships through styling expertise and fashion advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to engage customers and capture data.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer use, and mobile POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
