Job summary

Coach Howell is seeking a part-time Sales Associate III to deliver an elevated shopping experience in-store. You will meet personal and store sales goals, assist with daily store operations, and represent the Coach brand with professionalism on the floor and across omni-channel channels.

The role requires strong English, 1+ years in luxury retail or related sales, and comfort with mobile POS and social selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and data capture tools

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized styling
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
• Maintain a clean, organized floor and stockroom; assist with daily operations
