Coach, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in a luxury retail environment in California. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations.

The role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Must have strong English proficiency and experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency, and ability to read price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media/video demo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support daily store operations.
• Handle transactions, returns, exchanges, and online pickups efficiently.
• Assist with stock movement, merchandising, and keeping the floor and stockroom organized.
