Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail. We seek a Sales Associate I in Flushing, NY to deliver personalized shopping experiences, meet sales goals, and support store operations.

You will engage clients with styling expertise, leverage POS and social selling, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Qualifications include at least 1 year in luxury retail sales, POS experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to read price/release sheets and work with mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
• Complete daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and merchandising.
