Job summary

Jenni Kayne is a California-based lifestyle brand seeking an energetic retail associate to maximize sales and deliver friendly customer service in our stores. You will engage with clients, determine needs, and maintain an updated client book while supporting store operations.

You will drive sales through consignments, partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists, handle POS transactions, and participate in events. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail sales experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS and Inventory Management systems, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly customer service.
• Communicate with customers to determine their needs.
• Build client relationships and maintain a client book.
• Handle POS transactions, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and wrap.
• Support store operations, displays, stock transfers, and receiving.
• Participate in store events and engage with customers on social media.
• Provide feedback to management and write daily business recaps.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention.
