Responsibilities include building client relationships, cross‑selling, and using mobile POS/tools to capture data. Flexibility for nights/weekends is required; strong English and fashion knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media and live‑stream experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships with personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and support daily store operations.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory and merchandising.
