Job summary

Coach is seeking a brand‑focused sales associate in Danbury, CT to deliver luxury service and drive sales on the shop floor. You will build relationships with clients through styling advice, product expertise, and personalized recommendations.

The role requires strong English, comfort with POS systems, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training programs and brand initiatives are part of the position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social channels to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and nurture relationships to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the selling floor and adapt techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
