Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Overland Park, KS to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and support store operations. You will meet personal and team sales goals, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to brand loyalty through cross-selling andOmnichannel methods.

The role blends luxury retail service with team collaboration and data-driven selling, requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Qualifications

1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising.
