Job summary

Experience in women's upper contemporary or luxury fashion is preferred; strong POS and inventory skills, plus willingness to work peak periods, are required. The role involves daily transactions, stock movement, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience, luxury designer preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working weekends/holidays during peak periods.
• Strong written/verbal communication and teamwork.
• Familiar with POS and inventory management systems; MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming service.
• Identify customer needs and build relationships with clients.
• Maintain client books and drive sales through networks.
• Handle POS transactions, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and wrap.
• Support stock transfers, displays, and receiving new merchandise.
• Participate in store events and family of Jenni Kayne campaigns.
