Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail sales.
• Experience or interest in home interiors is a plus.
• Can-do attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work during peak periods - weekends/holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS and Inventory Management systems; MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly customer service.
• Communicate with customers to determine needs.
• Build client relationships and maintain a client book.
• Drive sales through consignments and partnerships with designers.
• Handle all POS transactions including exchanges and refunds.
• Maintain displays, assist with stock transfers and receiving new merchandise.
• Encourage sign-ups for Jenni Kayne Rewards and online engagement.
• Share feedback with management and write daily business recaps.
• Secure company assets through loss prevention per policies.
