You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through personalized recommendations, and contribute to omnichannel selling using POS and clienteling tools. 1+ years of luxury retail experience and strong English are required; flexibility for nights/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); education + experience considered.
• POS operation experience; basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS, walkie‑talkie; read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and support daily store operations.
