Job summary

Cartier in Austin, Texas seeks a Sales Associate to deliver the Maison’s signature client experience and to consistently meet sales targets while actively participating in the boutique’s daily operations.

You will cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service, capture client data for follow‑up, assist with merchandising, inventories, and events, and adapt approaches to each client.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for every client.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, merchandising, inventories and back-stock.
• Capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
• Support in-store and offsite events and trainings.
