Cartier is seeking a Boutique Ambassador in Texas to drive sales and deliver a premium client experience across all touchpoints. You will actively participate in daily boutique operations and support client relationship management while upholding Cartier standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, strong communication and customer service skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. SAP/MS Office proficiency is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently plus one weekday.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and develop client portfolios.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain boutique standards.
• Cultivate client relationships through CRM initiatives and event participation.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, merchandising, inventories, and audits.
