Job summary

Richemont is seeking a store operations professional in California to maintain inventory accuracy and assist with deliveries and stock transfers. The role supports the boutique management in daily stock control and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, preferably jewellery or luxury goods.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship building.
• Ability to manage stock and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate in-store stock and conduct cycle counts.
• Organize stockroom and on-the-floor stock.
• Receive deliveries and check accuracy against orders.
• Manage stock transfers between stores and for activities.
• Assist with end-of-season returns and inventory reporting.
