Job summary

Responsibilities include implementing brand strategies, merchandising Rolex products, and meeting sales objectives while maintaining a polished, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably sales in luxury market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related discipline preferred.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding client experience for Rolex in a luxury retail setting.
• Assist Rolex sales as necessary to close deals and enhance client discovery journey.
• Build long-term client relationships via the CRM system and follow-up.
• Maintain brand heritage knowledge and educate peers on product attributes and availability.
• Ensure visual merchandising and inventory levels align with The Rolex Way.
