Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an Operations supervisory role in a fast-paced premium retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have knowledge of POS and Inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication, solution-oriented, and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptable and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong inventory and shrink mitigation knowledge.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process all POS transactions following company policy and ensure merchandise is stored securely with accurate documentation.
• Receive merchandise, update inventory system, verify SKU accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Distribute merchandise to appropriate areas within the store.
• Ship merchandise from store, including corporate, customer, and inter-store shipments.
• Accurately process POS opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain and reconcile all cash payments and deposits.
• Track and manage all serialized warranty information.
• Remain current on all corporate procedures related to store operations.
• Educate the store team on operational procedures and policy updates.
• Answer incoming calls to the store and transfer or take messages as needed.
• Partner with management to keep the store stocked with selling supplies and other items.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned to support store efficiency and success.
