Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Coordinator at the Tyson's boutique to uphold compliance, manage day-to-day processes, and support policies and procedures while delivering an exceptional client experience.

In this fast-paced luxury retail role, you will oversee inventory, shipments, daily transactions, vendor coordination, and back-of-house operations, requiring strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory counts and stock movements.
• Oversee shipments, transfers, and product movement.
• Ensure daily transactions and paperwork accuracy.
• Support ecommerce transactional flows.
• Assist with boutique audits and action plans.
