Qualifications

• 2-5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Experience in a retail, operations or administrative role.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and POS systems is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support: Manage daily office operations and communications.
• Inventory and merchandising: Oversee stock, receive orders and manage custom projects.
• Store support: Coordinate scheduling and address maintenance issues.
• Communication: Liaise between store and HQ departments.
• Reporting: Prepare inventory and store-standards reports.
• Process improvement: Help implement customer experience initiatives and store guides.
