Job summary

Vince is seeking a results-driven Full-Time Keyholder for the Woodbury Commons store in New York. You will lead with selling, elevate client interactions, and demonstrate luxury service standards.

The role requires a proven sales record, the ability to build a client book, and comfort with POS systems and CRM tools. Expect a fast-paced environment with weekend/evening shifts and participation in incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS systems and CRM tools.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, events and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisions
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic. Turning standardstyling conversations into meaningful, brand-focused interactions that drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement, strategic wardrobing, and a genuine consultative selling approach
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire and elevate the rest of the team
• Support store operation as needed including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to maintain an environment that reflects the Vince luxury experience
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
