Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with store manager guidance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales.
• Listen to customers, identify needs, and overcome objections.
• Develop client relationships beyond initial transaction via phone, email and written follow-up.
• Maintain housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
• Operate POS register and email systems.
• Safeguard inventory according to loss prevention program.
• Follow all store policies and procedures.
