Vince in Woodbury Commons, NY is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder to drive luxury clienteling and sales. You will lead with selling, own your client book, and uphold Vince service standards. Strong product knowledge and a confident, consultative approach are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in luxury retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and translate styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and strategic wardrobing.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to elevate the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
