Job summary

St. John Knits is seeking a Key Holder to support store management and the team by executing sales plans and daily operations. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and uphold brand standards.

The candidate will also assist in store duties, participate in merchandising, and ensure POS processes are accurate and compliant with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years retail sales experience.
• Luxury experience preferred.
• Exemplary selling and clienteling skills.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly sales and KPI goals.
• Actively develops new clients by finding new ways to enhance and develop business.
• Maintains client book (CRM) to standard and generates sales by appointments, consignment and daily correspondence and follow up with clients.
• Demonstrates high level of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers, and management team.
• Acts as the manager on duty when scheduled, to support all business functions.
• Opens and closes the store - performing all tasks to Company standard and compliance.
