Job summary

Diptyque Paris is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist on a temporary basis to oversee HR operations across a designated retail and wholesale region. The role supports recruitment for retail leadership roles and ensures HR policies are implemented in line with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 4+ years of HR experience in retail sector.
• Experience with HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing HR operations across multi-site retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business objectives across the region.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Office Coordinator to ensure smooth facilities operations.
• Execute performance reviews with HR leadership.
• Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws.
• Own performance management with regional leadership.
• Visit retail stores and lead regional calls.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including exit interviews.
• Support SVP of HR with company-wide initiatives.
• Coach and retain top talent across retail and wholesale teams.
