You will greet visitors, verify access, and respond to security concerns while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor and following site procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk within a luxury retail location.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor front desk activity and access points; report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies and assist with response as appropriate.
