Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Job Schedule: DayTime Thur 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Fri 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sat 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees at a front desk within a luxury retail location while following site‑specific procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials as applicable, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Monitor front desk activity, communications, and access points; report unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous presence that helps to deter unauthorized access and supports a welcoming retail environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
