Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Guard card and/or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, and direct guests per site procedures.
• Monitor visitor activity, manage sign-in processes, and maintain access records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate concerns as needed.
