FASHIONPHILE in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Full-Time Customer Service Receptionist to welcome visitors and support customers across in-store, chat, email, and phone channels.

You will manage the location calendar, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, de-escalate concerns, update account information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-end service experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage location calendar for appointments and visitors.
• Greet clients and ensure security protocols.
• Answer calls, chats, and emails to schedule and assist.
• De-escalate dissatisfied customers and escalate when needed.
• Update customer accounts with billing, shipping, and warranty details.
• Process orders and transactions accurately.
